  Cashiers are popularly known as "tellers" who are overworked and underpaid. I don't know whether it's because they are contract staff. They are simply used as tools to achieve quality service always rendered to customers. The cashiers can work better only if they can be motivated monetarily. They should not dwell only on their small salary only, they should be part of quarterly profit sharing called cost of living allowance(COLA) no matter how small, that way they will fill belong.

  I regret ever working there. The company neglect Health & Safety culture, no HSE officer there. In fact I lost my Elder sister there, she died in an active service while working inside the company yard as a field worker. She fell from a moving tractor and the back tyre climb her. They totally refuse to compensate the family
