This is because the organization dose capacity assement of staff on a quarterly bases, it organizes capacity building for staff base on identify gaps. ACOVID is a specialty in implementation of OVC project, HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. This organization has 21 staff who are well traineds and experience in thematic areas like Nutrition, HES, HIV care and support, child protection, mobilization and sensitization of community members. ACOVID has implemented successfully OVC projects with Institute of Human Virology Nigeria, With Centre for integrated Health programs (CIHP), SMILE, she has also successfully implemented HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria with Network of people living with HIV/AIDS Nigeria ( NEPWHAN). She has also work successfully with pact ICARE ACOVID as a non profit making organization has use the little fund received form IPs to touch and improve the well-being and standard of living of the vulnerable population in her implementing sites. This organization has standard substaniability strategy on ground which can able her to still provide services to beneficiaries even though she stop receiving fund from any IP. She has an OVC farm that produces soya beans, vegetables and fruits like mango and oranges which provide income all year round, she also has equipment like projectors, chairs, tables a hall which are loan out to people of particular needs and the income generated is saved in the organisational account for any emergency. etc
