Cons
Manpower turn over is so high because they keep hiring and firing good hands. No training structure for new intakes and they are fired for not doing the job they've not been trained to do. The HR Department is dubious and very dishonest, no payslips are giving each month, you're taxed but don't know the taxed rate. Employment letters are dubiously delayed and keeps being promised, and are only given on the the day of termination and delayed so the fired or resignee can sign under duress on modified terms which will be detrimental to their benefits. The leadership structure is collapsed already, the organogram is so dead. It is a highly micromanaged system. Health Care is zero, HSE is a minus. PPEs are hardly given Only one clinic staff(a nurse) that works from 8am to 5pm. No other medical staff till the next day's 8am. Imagine the risk if there's an accident in some later hours. Food safety is zero as staff canteen is dilapidated and quality of food is poor. Salaries are not paid in time, about 8 to 13day into the new month. -
