  The salary doesnt come till 10th of the following month and sometimes 11th 0r 12th which means you work 40days before being paid, an office worker salary is a chinese staff weekly allowance. The company will always find a reason to short pay you on your bonus after you have worked hard for the month. The work and management structure is disastrous, no career growth or promotion, no HMO and benefits. In summary, its just a company to work with if you dont want to sit at home jobless.
